Camp in PEI - Beach
Beach volleyball is one of the fastest growing sports in the world and in Canada. Over the next few summers VPEI plans to start a provincial beach volleyball program. We believe this would be the best way of introducing the sport to island athletes.
The first camp is June 22-23rd (Saturday & Sunday) in Summerside at the Canada Games beach volleyball facility near the Credit Union Place. Cost is 70$/athlete for the two day camp. The camp runs from 9am-4pm, with an hour break for lunch. The age group of the camp is kids going into grade 8-finishing high school. The camp will go over several different skill sets as well as technical strategies of the sport. The camp is already beginning to fill up!
